Energy Smart Construction Ltd are affiliated with the Architectural Association of Ireland, and is licenced to provide excellent construction and design services. We help take your household ideas from concept to fully-developed projects and promise to provide excellent customer service every step of the way.

HOUSE PLANS
From the get-go, we go through a comprehensive design process, and this involves designing extensive house plans. Our talented architects are approachable and able to explain any technical details or queries you might have, in order to make sure you are aware of the exact design process for your household.
You can come to us with all kinds of ideas for your home and we can discuss the feasibility of each one. There are no house concepts too basic or advanced for our team, as we recognise that every customer has their own unique needs for designing and constructing a home.
FLOOR DESIGN
We take great care when it comes to your household’s floor design. We want to strike a clear balance between style, aesthetics, and floor durability. We offer to help install different types of floors such as carpeting, tiles, wood flooring and more.
We are able to work with trusted building contractor partners for multiple aspects of building your home. We are able to arrange groundworks such as drainage construction and subfloor installation. We also help assist with necessary aspects of planning like administration records and documentation.
BUNGALOW DESIGN
We provide the same level of care and attention across all house types. For example, our bungalow design focuses on having a compact, single-storey household that also allows you room for customisations and extensive storage capabilities.
We also help with the implementation of alternative bungalow designs such as dormer bungalows. These bungalows are perfect for those who require the extra storage or function room space while still having the tight compact design of a bungalow.
