For the most energy-efficient households we construct, we offer the design and construction of passive houses. These houses are not a brand of house but a construction concept.
Passive houses are built with low-energy use in mind, utilising natural and renewable heating resources in mind, such as solar power, to keep your homes warm. Passive houses also have specific insulation and floor setups designed to retain heat better than other regular households.
PLUMBING AND HEATING

Our previous plumbing and heating work has included the maintenance and repair of malfunctioning or burst pipes or the fitting of bathroom fixtures such as toilets and sinks. As part of our house construction services, Energy Smart Construction Ltd functions as professional painters and decorators. After constructing your house’s walls, our talented team of painters apply stylish but also long-lasting paint coats that look great and also stand the test of time.
We have a large range of paint colours and textures to choose from for both external and interior painting. We offer specialist coatings such as anti-mould paint and anti-climb paint for specific environments that require it.
We are experts in typical decorating work such as the installation and removal of wallpaper, ceiling painting, furniture painting and kitchen cabinet painting.
